I am admittedly a huge Mad Men addict. I love everything about it – the drama, the intrigue and of course the fashion!  I love how politically incorrect the 60s were (at least as portrayed on the show) – can you imagine sitting at your desk with a highball and a cigarette?! (Okay well I imagine the highball often..)

What really makes the show for me though is the  design. Oh what I’d give for Betty Draper’s wardrobe! I am anxiously awaiting the premiere of the third season on August 16th to see what will happen to the folks at Sterling Cooper, but in the meantime the sweetest boy alive sent me a link to the AMC website where you can have fun creating your own Mad Men character.

On one of the episodes they talk about all women being either a Marilyn or a Jackie – as you can see by the character I created, I tend more towards the Jackie – although I’d love to be a Marilyn if only for a day!
