I have previously in this blog admitted to my love of the zombedy. And now with halloween fast approaching I feel the need to recommend to all those who may be looking for a really great – not-so-scary –  scary movie, my all time favorite in the zombedy genre – that’s right –  Shaun of the Dead.  I am a HUGE Simon Pegg, Edgar Wright and Nick Frost fan so it should come as no surprise that I’ve seen this particular movie many, many times and will see it many, many more. If you haven’t seen it before…what are you thinking? How will you know what to do when the zombies come?? Now get out there and rent this movie – or, even better, buy it because you’re going to want to watch it many, many times!

In the spirit of the season, I’m going to be posting Halloween related items all week. First up is one of my all-time favorite songs for this time of year – I mean how often do you hear a really great song that just happens to be about an evil genius in love? Jonathon Coulton is hilarious and I love all of his music, but Skullcrusher Mountain is a particular favorite.
