I spent part of my morning avoiding work by poking around the Hang & Paste website and daydreaming about the beautiful rooms I could put together – if only I knew how to wallpaper. If you do know how – you should check out their site for some of the most gorgeous wallpapers around – and, even if you don’t, you should check it out on a day when you’re tired of your house and in the mood to daydream like me!
I recently discovered Erin Hanson’s brilliant website“Recovering Lazyholic” which features her photography and her “stuff”. She is clearly far from lazy as her site is full of brilliant work a couple of examples of which appear below. You should run, not walk, to check out the rest of her work here.Oh and don’t forget to look at her “12 steps” if you are also suffering from lazyism!
Keith Loutit’s films make me feel like Gulliver. It seems impossible that his films are just that – films of actual events – modified with time lapse and tilt-shift techniques so that they appear miniaturized. The end results are amazing. Below is a preview of Keith’s latest work “Small Worlds” – be sure to check out some of his other really cool “mini” films here.
